Video left out how calcium channels are sensitive to an action potential and open causing an influx ca2+ ions when they are triggered. This causes the vesicles to eject there contents via exocytosis. Also, acteylcholinerase is the enzyme in the synaptic cleft which breaks down the left over acytelcholine once used, the products are small enough to diffuse back into the neurone, to be restored and repackaged, ready for use again.
