rooot haires take up water and minerals by osmosis (osmosis is that reaction of water from high concentration to low concentration threw a partially permeable membrane osmosis often takes place with fluids )the evapourartion of water from the leaves threw pores such as stomata is called transpiration.
stomata transpiration is when the stomata which are guarded by guard cells help it to open and close which allowws transpiration.
lenticullar transpiration are minute openings on the stems they lok like cracks on the surface of a skin .
cutticlullar transpiration is transpiration from the surface of the leafs (the waxy layer known as the cutticle due to the cutile being waxy it actullay helps the leaf to reduce amount of transpiration .
xylem tube takes water up to the upper parts of the plant, when water at top layer is evaporated this causes a reaction called transpiration pull water molcules stick together due to hydrogen bonds this is called the cappilary action
