Cells can move large substances inside the cell by bulk transport. Bulk transport inside the cell is called enocytosis.

Transport of substances into the cell is Endocytosis; the membrane folds into a pouch surrounding the substance and a vesicle is formed, this vesicle goes to different organelles. An example is phagocytosis of the white blood cell.
Transport of substances out of the cell is exocytosis, As the vesicle moves toward the cell membrane the the membrane fuses and the substance is secreted out.

bulk transport also knoen as endocytosis, when going out its called exocytosis.
duiring endocytosis the cell membrane or wall engulfs the particles out side the cell then once particles are surrounded it forms a vesicle which hold the particles inside the cell then it releases. in exocytosis the particles fuse with membrane and are released out of cell.

Bulk transport is the movement of large amounts of a material into or out of the cell. It is only possible because membranes are able to fuse, separate and pinch off. It requires ATP energy which is used to form vesicles and move vesicles around.
Endocytosis: When materials are being transported into the cell. The membrane folds into a pouch surrounding the substance. a vesicle is then formed carrying the substance into the cytoplasm. It then releases its contents. E.g. Phagocytosis: white blood cells make a vesicle around the bacteria which then fuse with lysosomes which contain digestive enzymes (capable of breaking down the bacteria) to digest the bacteria.
Exocytosis: When materials are being transported out of the cell. The vesicle containing the waste fuses with the membrane which then secretes the waste outside the cell.
